Thomas is a co-founder of Appear. He’s spent the last 15 years building digital products across Australia, Southeast Asia, and the UK — from early-stage startups to big enterprise systems. With a background in technical product management, UX, and strategy, he’s most at home rolling up his sleeves and figuring things out alongside engineers.

At Appear, he’s responsible for the product direction and overall business operations. He’s driven by solving messy, hard, and meaningful problems and making useful things that last.
